Sometimes people angrily unfriend you on Facebook because they have different beliefs. And sometimes you realize how many great people there are in your corner.
Other times you sit down and watch 10 YouTube videos about people with cochlear implants hearing for the first time. And sometimes your boyfriend brings you a sandwich and chocolate while you are at work, and you remember that the world is actually a pretty great place.
