I am posting this so late at night, but I had a really wonderful birthday. Jake surprised me with a visit. This is him in the circulation room of the library where I work. I am glad he was as excited about it as I am. :D

 Thank you to my roommates (Brianna and Danae) who helped to orchestrate my surprise. :D 

And thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday! 

2015: Day 322

Today I finally finished the big project that I have been working on all weekend. I had to make a website on a book or series, connecting it to other similar titles and creating activities to go along with it. I chose The Spiderwick Chronicles. This is a (SUPER simple) craft that I came up with to go along with it.

Today was very productive. My dresser, at long last, arrived yesterday. So, after work today, I came home and finally, finally unpacked. It took three hours. I got myself a pizza as a reward. 

It feels so good to actually be moved into my room. :)

Today there was a bake sale operating steps outside of my classroom. And it was being run by cool people that I know. It was a dangerous bake sale.

Tonight my homework was "finish The Fairytale Detectives." Sometimes I feel like I am cheating at grad school.

It is crazy to think that we used to see each other nearly every day and now we are living in four different cities, in three different states.
