2013: Day 149

Whenever I have a break from school, Jacob and I always make a list of things that we want to do.

2013: Day 148

While doing more cleaning, two of Jacob's self portraits were found. The first was made when he started Kindergarten, and the second was made this month. Even he seems to know that he is growing up quickly.

2013: Day 147

I spent today scrubbing away at grime. My thumbnail is definitely showing the evidence.
(Happy Memorial Day!)

2013: Day 146

A lazy day spent, in part, watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer (thanks Simone :P) and eating the delicious cookies that Jacob left me.

2013: Day 145

Bloomington is beautiful at night.
(It was a wonderful day. I passed my small sword test!)

2013: Day 144

Guess who is back, for one day only! Jake came to see me as a surprise, because he is the nicest boy in the world. :)
(We tried for awhile to get a picture of an arrow caught in midair.)

2013: Day 142

Jacob graduated from Kindergarten today.
I am so very proud of him. It is amazing to see how much he has grown this year.
His teachers are some pretty fantastic people.

2013: Day 141

Summertime means bugs, but that's okay because they are so photogenic. :)

A Note

Sorry for the lag in posting, Blogger, and its app, have been giving me a lot of trouble these last few days. The new process of uploading photos is slow and tedious, but I will do my best to upload on time.

Thanks,
Jennifer :)

2013: Day 140

Tennis ball face really knows how to party. (Unlike Jennifer...obviously.)

2013: Day 139

My pretty girls, during dinner of Indian food.

2013: Day 138

Happy Anniversary!
We are having a long distance dinner date.

2013: Day 137

Jacob rides his bike during the Kindergarten family picnic.

2013: Day 136

Simone gets in touch with her ancestry by hugging her Grandfather. It was a sweet moment.

2013: Day 133

Ewwww...
(First day of my summer intensive class.  Which has nothing at all to do with lard.)

2013: Day 132

Happy Mother's Day to my Mama. Thank you for the numerous things that you have taught to me, for always being there when I need to talk, and thank you most of all for also being my friend. I love you.
(Sorry the picture is kind of sloppy. Lazy days are good memories too though I think.)

2013: Day 131

This is how Jacob poses now if prompted to smile for a picture. :)
We spent the morning at the Farmers Market, Library, and Children's Museum.

2013: Day 128

Jake gives me the strangest smile before heading home this morning. I will miss him a lot, but a summer really isn't so long. (And there will be visits.)

2013: Day 127

The lovely necklace that Jake gave me. :)
Our one year anniversary isn't technically until the 18th, but he is leaving tomorrow so we decided to exchange gifts today.

2013: Day 126

Sometimes it is nice to take a sick day when you don't have anything that must be done. :)
(I'm a little bit obsessed with this new photo-lettering app.)

(Missing Post) 2013: Day 121

Spring has sprung, and it thinks that it's summer.

2013: Day 125

At a book release party. I took the cover photo of the book being signed. :D
The book will be available for purchase online soon, and you can learn more about it here: http://holonpublishing.com/author-blog/

(A picture for yesterday.)

2013: Day 122

Sorry worry doll, you are out of a job for awhile. I have finished my last exam and I am now, excitingly and horrifyingly, half way done with my undergraduate degree.
