I went on another field trip today, to the cemetery. This is my very favorite tombstone. I bet Doris was a cool lady.

(People leave her little trinkets and things all the time. She's definitely the most visited person there.)

It's silly how much joy this name tag brings me. I want to travel back in time and brag to my 4 year old self: "Hey you know that library you love so much? You'll work there someday." I would be so impressed.

It was such a gloomy day today. It started off windy and pouring down rain, then as the day progressed the temperature dropped 30 degrees.

(There were still many nice aspects though.)

It was so very cold here today. Just freezing. It's starting to feel a lot more like an Indiana winter.

The first snow of the year fell today.

I did not get the part that I was called back for. Oh well. As a girl I met today told me, we got a call back from the theatre program ranked 9th in the nation. Not too shabby really.

Sometimes I feel like a six year old: "When I grow up I want to be a librarian, and an actor, and a marine biologist, and..."

Oh to be one of those people who knows exactly what they want to do.

(Three classes and two auditions later I can say that my first day was pretty wonderful.)

Experiments with milk make today Jacob's "best ever". 

My second semester begins tomorrow. >.< I hope that it will be my "best ever" too.

Sometimes I wake up in the morning, look at myself in the mirror, and think "Woah, I have freckles." 

It's like they are darker in the morning.

It snowed today, the first snow of the year. :)

I decided to give 2012 a shot. I can always quit later, but right now I have two straight years under my belt and I

can't get that back so easily.

I spent the day asleep, again.
